PICK-UPS - To ensure a smooth in-store pick-up experience, we kindly ask that you call the shop beforehand to confirm the availability of your order. For your convenience, we recommend allowing a minimum of two hours for order preparation.
DELIVERIES- All deliveries placed for same day are delivered between 12:30-4:30
During Holiday dates no specific time is guaranteed. (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Etc,)

Vivid Flowers goes a above & beyond! I have ordered flowers from this shop twice now & am extremely pleased with their service & product. The arrangements have been larger than I expected with gorgeous, colorful flowers. When the arrangements are delivered to my Moms grave they text me a picture of the arrangement. I can share the pic with other family members since we live so far from Dallas. I will continue to use Vivid Flowers in the future.
