SUBSTITUTIONS - There may be occasional substitutions required. However, rest assured that any significant adjustments will be promptly communicated to you. Our team is dedicated to preserving the overall design, similarity, and value of your arrangement.
PICK-UPS - To ensure a smooth in-store pick-up experience, we kindly ask that you call the shop beforehand to confirm the availability of your order. For your convenience, we recommend allowing a minimum of two hours for order preparation.
DELIVERIES- All same-day flower deliveries are made between 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM. If no one is available to receive the delivery, your flowers will be safely placed on the front porch. A message with a photo confirmation will be sent to the recipient to notify them of the delivery.
During Holiday dates no specific time is guaranteed. (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Etc,)

This was the first time I've ordered a non-traditional spray and This spray exceeding my expectations . It was absolutely beautiful. I ordered the premium . Our cousin ordered a large traditional with red as the main color and they added some dark purple flowers. This arrangement took your breath away. Will use you guys from now on
