SUBSTITUTIONS - There may be occasional substitutions required. However, rest assured that any significant adjustments will be promptly communicated to you. Our team is dedicated to preserving the overall design, similarity, and value of your arrangement.
PICK-UPS - To ensure a smooth in-store pick-up experience, we kindly ask that you call the shop beforehand to confirm the availability of your order. For your convenience, we recommend allowing a minimum of two hours for order preparation.
DELIVERIES- All same-day flower deliveries are made between 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM. If no one is available to receive the delivery, your flowers will be safely placed on the front porch. A message with a photo confirmation will be sent to the recipient to notify them of the delivery.
During Holiday dates no specific time is guaranteed. (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Etc,)

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Was an easy process. But the website was extremely confusing when ordering. It was weird because I am charged for 2 but it told me 1 of the orders would not process and complete. I’m sorry, but I don’t want to order online from you again, i was charged twice when I only got an order confirmation from 1.
