SUBSTITUTIONS - There may be occasional substitutions required. However, rest assured that any significant adjustments will be promptly communicated to you. Our team is dedicated to preserving the overall design, similarity, and value of your arrangement.
PICK-UPS - To ensure a smooth in-store pick-up experience, we kindly ask that you call the shop beforehand to confirm the availability of your order. For your convenience, we recommend allowing a minimum of two hours for order preparation.
DELIVERIES- All same-day flower deliveries are made between 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM. If no one is available to receive the delivery, your flowers will be safely placed on the front porch. A message with a photo confirmation will be sent to the recipient to notify them of the delivery.
During Holiday dates no specific time is guaranteed. (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Etc,)

We are from California and needed to order flowers in Tx. It is very risky to call 800flowers because you never know what you are going to get and we haven't had the best experience. Found this florist and made an online order. The order looked exactly like the picture and the customer service was impeccable. If we have future orders in Texas, Vivid will definitely be our florist of choice. We highly recommend.
